Precast Sand

The word meaning of precast comes from the English word precast. Pre=pre means, cast=to pour. In other words, precast means "precast".

Precast; It is the process of pouring the mixture formed by mixing white cement, silica sand, alkali resistant glass fiber and water in the right proportions into a reusable mold or transferring it to the place where it will be installed after pouring in an environment where it can take shape after pouring until it cures. In standard concrete casting, a mold is formed in the area where the concrete will be poured and the concrete is cured in the area where it is poured. Prefabricated building and prefabricated factory applications are actually precast applications. Although it is called prefabricated in Turkey, it is referred to as precast abroad.

Thanks to the components such as alkali resistant glass fiber, polymer, white cement and silica sand, smoother, lighter and more durable concrete is produced. We produce in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards, by complying with the factory manufacturing control rules that we have determined according to the TS EN 1169 standard.

Precast has become an indispensable building material in the exterior sector thanks to its ability to achieve heat insulation, sound insulation and superior design details in addition to its advantages of lightness, durability and smoothness.

Precast, which brings 50% less load to the building when used, becomes more resistant to acid and biological factors when it is made with a fiber-reinforced concrete system known as GRC. This type of concrete, which is also resistant to ultraviolet light, can be produced according to the desired decorative form due to its soft structure.
